Project 1-2-3: Day 37 - Meeting Sam

Note: Starting May 1st and continuing for the 123 days leading up to the start of the 2011 college football season, "Project 1-2-3" will share pictures, videos and memorable moments from the last nine years of Special Spectators game day events.

The 2009 Special Spectators event at Oklahoma featured a star player, but in a different role.

The kids were anxious to see Sooners QB and 2008 Heisman Trophy winner, Sam Bradford, in action, but a shoulder injury suffered two weeks earlier meant that Sam wouldn't dress for the game. The Special Spectators still witnessed a Bradford performance up close. Sam, along with his five new friends, taped an introduction for FSN's telecast of the game.
